About the position:The Human Resources Advisor will provide Human Resource services and advice to management and staff with the aim of ensuring that all human resourcing matters are dealt with in accordance with relevant legislation, the Local Government (State) Award, Council's Our People Capability and Behaviour Framework and pertinent policies and procedures. The primary purpose of the job is to support decision making in relation to Human Resources matters.About Muswellbrook:Muswellbrook Shire is one of NSW's most dynamic local government areas.
