About the Role Purpose: We are seeking an experienced S/4HANA EWM / MM Supply Chain Functional Expert to join a specialist delivery team for a significant project.The primary objectives of this program include: Commissioning a new Central Pharmacy facility that offers a safe, modern, and efficient operating environment.Developing and implementing a contemporary operating model, incorporating automation and best practices to ensure ongoing operational efficiency and adaptability to future clinical demand.Sourcing and commissioning a tailored integrated warehouse automation solution to enhance the capability in managing pharmaceutical products.Developing and implementing a modern enterprise software system to support Warehouse Management System (WMS) and broader ERP functions.Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Delivering assigned deliverables within a program environment, ensuring the successful completion of objectives within agreed timelines.Providing expertise on current best practices for supply chain processes and IT solutions.Engaging with a wide range of technical and business stakeholders to define business requirements, identify process pain points, and enhance existing processes and solutions.Designing, building, testing, implementing, and supporting client-specific solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring the end-state design and processes are relevant, integrated, and fit-for-purpose.Preparing essential project documentation, such as discussion papers, data standards, process diagrams, detailed process documentation, functional specifications, and test scripts.Supporting the change management process to ensure maximum utilization of the developed solutions.Adhering to defined service quality standards, policies, and health and safety procedures to maintain high-quality, safe services and working environments.Promoting and supporting a working environment based on ethical behaviour, employment equity, and anti-discrimination practices.Reporting & Work Relationships: The position will be part of the Enabling Technology delivery stream, reporting directly to the Lead Solution Architect.The role does not include any direct reports.Role Fit: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in: Supply chain business practices and IT solutions, with particular expertise in business process design, redesign, and implementation for warehouse management (mandatory), and operational procurement and inventory management (desirable).Gathering business requirements and mapping them into system designs, including developing relevant documentation (e.g., configuration and functional specifications, etc.).Conducting fit-gap assessments and leading SAP implementations from design through to support.SAP configuration experience in S/4HANA, specifically in the areas of EWM or MM.Integrating the supply chain with other business processes, such as Record to Report, Master Data Governance, etc.(desirable).Integrating EWM/MM with other SAP modules and both SAP and non-SAP technologies (desirable).Excellent collaboration, influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills when working with a diverse range of stakeholders.Previous experience within the health or pharmaceutical sector (desirable).Familiarity with integrating S/4HANA EWM with warehouse automation solutions (desirable but not mandatory).Understanding of electronic purchase orders and Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs).To apply for this role please click "apply now" or contact David Reynolds on 07 3221 3333 for a discussion around this exciting opportunity.
