About the Role: We're looking for a passionate and skilled Social Media & Advertising Specialist to join our marketing team at our Richlands Support Office. This is a fast-paced role which will see you working across multiple priorities and brands throughout the day. You will develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to proactively execute media strategies while promoting all aspects of RDO Equipment in-line with our values and brand guidelines. The key responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to: Social Media Manage and execute social media strategy and measure outcomes against social media KPIs. Collaborate with all departments and managers to develop and curate engaging content. Manage all social media content directly using social media management software. Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and industry trends. Train and develop others in the group on social media best practice. Advertising, Media & PR Briefing and coordination of advertising campaigns including artwork production, copywriting, media scheduling, editorial/PR opportunities. Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral (e.g. brochures, flyers, signage, video/images, merchandise). Assist with creating website content. Manage and coordinate with external agencies such as media outlets. Provide branches with advice and recommendations for local advertising campaigns. Other Triage marketing enquiries and set up team projects as required. Assist with development and organisation of image and video assets. Assist with the coordination of events such as expos and trade shows where required. Assist with marketing administration where required, including invoicing and ordering/distributing promotional materials. Act as a liaison with manufacturer's advertising and marketing communications. Assist with coordination of showroom displays to ensure they provide solutions to customers and create a dynamic, engaging experience. You will bring the following skills and experience to the role: Passion for social media and proficiency with social media management tools. Good understanding of advertising mediums and specific outlets for each industry the group represents. Strong copywriting and proofreading skills. Exceptional time management and planning skills that contribute to effective and efficient project execution. Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business structure. Ability to problem solve and work autonomously. Proactive approach to work, anticipating the needs of the marketing department and acting where needed. Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with basic design software (i.e Canva) and video editing tools highly regarded. Passion, dedication and commitment for the job, with a great attitude that embraces a positive work culture.
