We are looking for an energetic, positive, and self-driven Customer Service Officer. You will manage and nurture a portfolio of customers by placing insurance via inbound and outbound calls and digital platforms. You will work alongside our existing customer service team responsible for the insurance renewal process. You will be supported with ongoing training and coaching to ensure you are set up for success, developing specialised skills in underwriting, risk assessment, sales, negotiation, and ensuring high-quality delivery of services to both our team and customers, in line with relevant regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Connect with current and prospective customers through personalised inbound and outbound calls and emails, managing a dedicated portfolio. Deliver top-notch customer service by providing accurate and reliable information that exceeds expectations. Have exceptional service skills with a proven track record in nurturing and growing a portfolio of customers and developing relationships. Are achievement-oriented and love meeting and exceeding individual and team goals. Are energetic and tenacious with a passion for service. Have excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Can prioritise diverse tasks and work quickly and effectively to meet tight deadlines. Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, whilst also working independently and taking initiative. Previous financial service and or insurance experience is not essential but is highly regarded.
