A newly created L&D/HR Advisor role with a logistics company based in Southbank, 90K base super, hybrid working model L&D/HR Advisor - Permanent role - Hybrid Working - $90,000 base super The Company: Based in Southbank, this national, large and growing logistics business continually invests into its bespoke service. The business also has a stable team with low turnover, working within a very supportive team culture. The Role: In this newly created position, will have take the lead on creating and implementing L&D initiatives and frameworks for the business. Reporting to the HR Manager, the role will include a component of HR Advisory work such as working with managers regarding performance issues and coaching managers through difficult conversations. Key Responsibilities: Establish & maintain the Learning and Development calendar in line with operational priorities and organisational values. Work closely with key stakeholders to develop and deliver internal learning activities. Provide general HR advice to managers and supervisors. Maintain training registers and provide regular reports to the HR Manager. Work as a collaborative member of the People team, contribute to ideas to improve the workplace. Your Experience: Performed in a Learning and Development role previously. Experience providing general HR advice to managers and supervisors. Strong stakeholder management skills Proven ability to influence senior leaders in an organisation. Clear and concise presentation skills both online and in person.
