About the role We're looking for a proactive HR Advisor to support our HR Manager and Business Partners across various HR functions, including talent acquisition, on boarding, employee support, and reporting. This role is essential for ensuring smooth HR operations and upholding our commitment to employee engagement and development. Key responsibilities are: • Post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain the recruitment process. • Build relationships across functions and levels to create effective partnerships, offer coaching on sensitive issues, and act as a trusted HR advisor. • Facilitate seamless on boarding and off boarding experiences, including system access and HR inductions. • Respond to general HR inquiries, support performance reviews, and manage probationary period records. • Organise training sessions, track participation, and assist with the annual training calendar. • Support our employee recognition initiatives and coordinate service awards and team updates. About you We seek a dynamic individual who is willing to dive in and support the entire HR team with enthusiasm and dedication.
