Join Shadforth as a HR Recruitment Admin Assistant at our Forest Glen Head Office! In this role, you’ll support high-volume recruitment across all regions and departments, working closely with managers to gather feedback and enhance processes, with a strong focus on reporting. Ideal for a recent HR graduate or someone with prior HR admin experience particularly around recruitment and onboarding, this position offers a chance to grow in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactive Recruitment Campaign Support: Manage administrative needs for recruitment campaigns, including social media outreach to engage top talent.
* Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Collect and analyse recruitment data to produce high-level trend reports, showcasing the team’s achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
* Follow-up with Key Stakeholders: Confidently reach out to managers to gather feedback and information, ensuring that recruitment processes are seamless and responsive to our evolving needs.
* Candidate Screening & Verification: Conduct pre-screening interviews, work rights checks, and reference checks to ensure quality hires.
* HR Documentation & Onboarding: Administer employment agreements, onboarding documents, and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our databases.
* Flexible Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexible hours available to support a balanced work-life approach.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring solid administrative experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in HR or recruitment, and a high regard for those familiar with civil construction and engineering roles.
Essential Skills & Qualities:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (or the ability to learn quickly)
* Ability to maintain strong, professional working relationships
* Knowledge of social media platforms for recruitment outreach
