As a member of our team you will:Be part of a small highly functioning team with a ‘can do’ approach.Have the opportunity to broaden and diversify your existing office management and administrative skills.Interact with a wide variety of people from across the organisation.The role:Provide a high level of administrative and executive support to the Nursing Director and other senior staff within Primary Health North.Prepare complex documents including Ministerial correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes, and background notes to ensure the smooth administrative operations of Primary Health North.Provide support and leadership to Administrative Assistants in the Primary Health Management Office.Details of appointment:Fixed term, part time, day worker position, working up to 28 hours per fortnight, commencing from 28 November 2024 until 30 November 2025. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.Salary: $71,661 to $77,455 per annum (Pro rata).
