Electorate Officers play an important role in providing services to the Victorian community and require a high degree of trust and integrity. Based in-person at Roma Britnell's Electorate Office in Warrnambool, you will interact daily with constituents, community organisations and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: ? Identify and manage the needs of the office including the budget, equipment, IT etc. ? Providing support to resolve constituent enquiries ? Professionally manage correspondence ? Diplomatically liaise with stakeholder including the community, relevant government departments and Ministerial offices ? Be adept with social media platforms. ? Provide diary management ? Multi-task in a dynamic office environment ?
