This support includes education and guidance in the use, deployment, and maintenance of computer infrastructure, software, voice communication, audio-visual technology, and information systems.Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Provide application administration and functional support to key business systems such as Clarity PPM, Oracle EBS, DocuSign, and Microsoft products, apps, and services, including the Microsoft 365 (Office) suite, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.Develop and maintain system and application configuration documentation.Develop and maintain processes and procedures.Develop and maintain training manuals in line with the defined business processes and procedures.Deliver training and host information sessions including inductions and ad-hoc training for information systems, software, and services in line with defined business processes and procedures.Assist with the evaluation, planning, executing, testing, and implementing desktop hardware or software upgrades and voice communication technologies as required.Perform routine auditing, monitoring, and testing to maintain information system performance and identify system issues.Assist in the development, refining, and documenting of knowledge, processes, and procedures as they relate to the items above.Provide coverage as part of the ICT and Digital Transformation Team to ensure effective integration, implementation, and support of systems.Perform assessment and validation of a proposed solution, support the implementation of a solution, and assess possible shortcomings in the implementation.Translate business requirements and processes into business system functions.Design and develop functional and technical specifications to meet business requirements.Manage business system implementations, modifications, integrations, improvements, and business systems testing.Conduct systems and process analytics to support and recommend improvements in operational functions.What you'll need to succeedKnowledge and experience in the administration and training of:A core business system or ERP solution.Broadcom's Clarity PPM system or other project management systems.Microsoft products, apps, and services.Demonstrated experience in development, delivery, and continuous improvement processes.Proven work experience in ICT focusing on applications support, administration, and training, and a strong understanding of Windows Operating systems, desktop software, and hardware and SOE deployments.Experience delivering ICT-related training.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess complex business needs and translate them into relevant digital solutions.Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects.Well-developed verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills enabling competent engagement and collaboration with an all-inclusive and diverse range of individuals.High level of computer literacy with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.Deliver an exemplary standard of customer service inclusive of proactive approaches to problem-solving.What you'll get in returnPermanent ongoing opportunity with a State Government organisationExciting infrastructure projectsLearning and developmentWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to ******, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation Technology
