About the Role This role will be part of a large-scale program aimed at modernising ICT infrastructure across metropolitan health sites. Working within a dedicated team, you will support Local Area Networks (LANs), enhance Wi-Fi services, and troubleshoot complex network issues to ensure seamless digital enablement. Key Deliverables Provide expert support and administration for network infrastructure across multiple sites. Install and test network management software and hardware in line with standard procedures. Troubleshoot advanced LAN, wired, and wireless network issues. Configure and maintain network and security management platforms, utilising custom scripting where needed. Proactively monitor and manage network utilisation, ensuring optimal performance. Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of disaster recovery plans for ICT systems. Key Outcomes Resolve network issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Maintain high standards of security and compliance across network systems. Deliver capacity planning insights through detailed reporting and analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to provide expert advice and solutions for ICT infrastructure needs. Essential Criteria Significant experience in ICT systems administration, including troubleshooting and fault resolution. Expertise in administering and configuring Network and Security Management Platforms in large enterprises. Proficiency in scripting languages for creating custom administration and monitoring tools. Comprehensive understanding of network communications environments, protocols, hardware, and software. Experience planning, implementing, and maintaining data communications networks in large-scale environments.
