Job Summary
This is a leadership role for a Clinical Lead in Behaviour Support, working within our team to deliver exceptional services to NDIS participants. As the second-in-command for your region, you will work closely with the Regional Manager to achieve service delivery targets and support the growth of our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Onboard new staff and facilitate their training and development
* Implement strategies for conflict management and relationship building
* Provide clinical and operational supervision to team members in your region
* Engage with families, carers, and community members to support individuals with complex needs
* Lead the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) team and ensure adherence to service delivery targets
About You
* Hold a relevant Allied Health degree with a minimum of 3 years experience as a behaviour practitioner
* Exhibit strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with an emphasis on trust-building and confidentiality
* Possess a DCSI Working with Children Check (WWCC), NDIS Workers Check, and current RRHAN-EC Certificate
* Demonstrate expertise in Positive Behaviour Support and familiarity with the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework
* Have an understanding of the DHS Restrictive Practises guidelines and experience working with individuals exhibiting behaviours of concern
