About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Planner/Scheduler to support the successful delivery of major wind farm developments.
This role will play a key part in ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, cost control, sourcing transport, cranes and installations subcontractors, managing tenders and project reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools. Identify critical path activities and potential bottlenecks to optimise project timelines. Develop and deliver technical offers for Transport, Cranes, and Installation (TCI) aligned with client specifications. Analyze wind impacts, civil works requirements, and optimal erection strategies for each project. Collaborate with construction, health & safety, and quality teams to align staffing and project execution plans. Review supplier offers, validate project schedules, and conduct road surveys to support tender preparation. Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks. Ensure all planning and cost-related documentation complies with company and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling in renewable energy, infrastructure, or construction projects. Wind farm experience highly preferred.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and tender management software.
Understanding of Australian energy market regulations and large-scale renewable projects.
