Many of us want to do work that matters. But a lot of us struggle to build careers that allow for it, so we end up settling for work that pays the bills.
At Warrigal, you won't have to settle. You can do work that matters and make a positive difference to the lives of older people and their families.
For us, there's no greater honour. When we bring joy and quality of life to older people, we give them the dignity, community, and belonging they deserve. We allow them to enjoy better quality time and build lasting memories with their families, and we create a society that celebrates and respects aging.
No matter your role at Warrigal, each one of us is contributing to this legacy, ensuring it's passed down from generation to generation.

It's a chance to improve the living arrangements and lifestyles of older people, having a positive impact on their lives. It's a chance to feel connected to the work, the people, and the residents in our care. It feels good to know you're creating an environment where older people feel safe and looked after.
A spirit of togetherness: Relationships come first here. You'll find peers who genuinely care, get along, and support each other and our residents. It's a place where you'll enjoy personal relationships with residents, cemented through your daily interactions with them. We're a team that values friendliness, respect, and unwavering support. Seen and valued: No matter your role, it's important you know how valued you are. This is something that's felt across Warrigal – from our residents to our managers to our staff. You'll feel it in the genuine appreciation a resident shows you for making their day, when a manager congratulates you for a job well done, or when the CEO stops by for a friendly chat. Just because.
Who we are | A community who cares Warrigal has firmly established itself in the aged care community for over 60 years. We're proud of the diverse range of retirement living and aged care services we've built up in that time, but we still have the same appetite to grow and innovate. Meaning, you'll have job security as well as the chance to move around, get promoted, or explore different areas across our expanding business in Illawarra, Southern Highlands, Queanbeyan, and Canberra – if that's what you want.
