QualificationsNo formal qualifications are required for this role; however, one year of practical experience as a Cleaner, Domestic Assistant, and/or Companion Carer is essential for this position.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in Community Aged Care / Disability Care is ideal but not essential.A roadworthy and registered vehicle, along with a current Drivers' Licence.A willingness to travel and be flexible to work various shifts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to demonstrate empathy with elderly people.First-aid & CPR Certificate.Australian Police Clearance Certificate (within the last 6 months).
