LiveBig is a specialist allied health organisation providing therapy and assessment services for people with disability, including those on an NDIS plan. We provide services at home and in the community and operate across four states as well as nationally via telehealth.
Role Overview:
This is an exciting newly created opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Team Leader to join our growing LiveBig team!
* Full-time & Permanent (will consider 4 days or 9 day fortnight for the right candidate)
* Can be based anywhere in South East QLD
* Hybrid working model - full flexibility to be based from home to complete reporting and administration or one of our Arriba offices, in support of your caseload
* Provide clinical guidance and support to a small team of dedicated and passionate practitioners, including supervision and mentoring, reviewing reports and letters of recommendation and support with professional development
* You will also have your own diverse clinical caseload working within the community to provide high quality clinical support

About you!
* You will have Tertiary level education in a relevant human services discipline (or final stages of completion)
* Proficient registration with the NDIS commission as a minimum (essential)
* Apassion for working with people with a disability and NDIS and/or disability sector experience is preferred but not essential
* 3+ years experience in Positive Behaviour Support (as a minimum)
* A willingness to provide services within the community, including in-home
* A love for growing and developing young cliniciansand leaders & truly inspiring them to be great
* Excellent time management skills and organisational skills
* IT skills at an intermediate level including computer and mobile, and a willingness to embrace new technology

* Driver's license and use of your own vehicle
