About the Role The Café Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of a retail café located at HBF Arena, as well as any retail food and beverage offerings within the venue. This includes ensuring safe and high-quality customer experiences and maximisation of financial returns. The role reports to the Catering Operations Manager and is responsible for meeting operational KPI's, organisation of the retail team roster as well as coordinating and supervising the setup, operation and close-down of catering areas during functions. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that requires weekend and evening work, where applicable, shift loading will apply. Mobility may be required between the portfolio of facilities. Experience in staff supervision and delivery of functions is also required together with outstanding achievements in customer service.
