The Role:
4. Play a pivotal role supporting the day-to-day catering operations
5. Plan and execute a seasonal grab n' go and la carte menus, drawing upon local providers for inspiration
6. Providing onsite catering whilst offering support to the function and events operation
7. Mentor an eager team of culinary enthusiasts
8. Stock control and budget management, including labour and wastage
9. Champion our safety-first culture
10. Be flexible in delivering menus according to dietary requirements
About you:
11. Certificate III/IV Commercial Cookery
12. Previous experience as a leader and enjoys creating a positive work culture
13. Culinary background in restaurants/ functions and events
14. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
15. Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
16. Medium level of Computer literacy.
