Job Title: Community Registered Nurse
In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality nursing care, including wound management, foot care, catheter changes, medication administration, and palliative support, ensuring the well-being of clients across both centre-based and home visits within the community.
You will work in a supportive team alongside a Registered Nurse and two Enrolled Nurses, building meaningful relationships with clients and their families, making a lasting impact on their lives. You will be guided by an experienced Nurse Unit Manager and benefit from ongoing education, professional development, and access to wound specialist visits for continuous learning and support.

Requirements:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
