At Vasey RSL Care it is rewarding to know that, through our work, we are honouring the men and women who fought for our freedom and democracy.About This Role The Executive General Manager Community Services leads a growing portfolio of government-funded (Home Care Packages and Veterans' Home Care) and self-funded home care services across Metropolitan Melbourne and the Geelong/Bellarine region. Reporting to the CEO and working collaboratively with a supportive Executive Management Team and Board of Directors, this role holds key responsibilities around service growth and expansion, customer service, quality, workforce leadership and compliance.About You To be successful in this role you will be client and employee-focused; enjoy working as part of an innovative leadership team navigating reform in the aged care sector; be driven to develop the service and be passionate about achieving high quality outcomes.
