Are you an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager looking for your next challenge?Join our dynamic team at the Moe Racing Club Inc., where you'll play a vital role in managing daily operations and supporting our CEO in a variety of administrative, financial, and HR-related tasks.Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all office administration, reception, and clerical tasks Implement and maintain secure filing systems and accurate records Manage account debtors, creditors, and perform reconciliations Assist the CEO with reports, financial tracking, and HR/OHS projects Manage event and race day ticketing and sales Oversee membership databases and produce reports as required Coordinate meetings, agendas, and correspondence with the Committee Key Selection Criteria: Strong administrative, bookkeeping, and office management skills Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities Strong time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills Experience with XERO, Bluize, and Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of the Victorian Club industry is a plus Licenses and Qualifications: Experience with Bluize (POS and Allegiance) Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills (XERO, Approval Max, Accounts Flow) Full-time, 38 hours per week Reports to the Chief Executive Officer Excellent remuneration package for the right person! #J-18808-Ljbffr
