The ANU School of Archaeology and Anthropology invites applications for a Lecturer position in Medical Anthropology.
Position Overview
We seek an early career academic with expertise in medical anthropology to contribute to our teaching and research programs. The successful candidate will have a strong publication record, experience in innovative teaching, and the ability to gain competitive grants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in medical anthropology
* Contribute to the development of interdisciplinary programs focused on medicine and planetary futures
* Engage in research at the cutting-edge of the medical anthropology field
* Supervise PhD research projects and develop postgraduate coursework
* Participate in university committees and engage in departmental service
