Customer Service Officer
Our client is a market leader in the transport industry, and proudly head officed here in South Australia. We have an opportunity for multiple permanent customer service people, to continue the reputation of delivering exceptional service and customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for a fast-paced high volume inbound customer service role, then this opportunity may be for you
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, with contact via email and phone, and you will provide them with support to answer enquiries, tracking details and handling customer complaints.
This is a fast-paced position that requires a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills, to ensure the customer has a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
* Provide customers with support and information that will assist them with their questions.
* Handle customer complaints and concerns and ensure a resolution provided.
* Communicate clearly to ensure customers understand the information provided.
* Offer accurate information on products, services, policies, and procedures.
* Keep customers informed about the status of their issues and inquiries.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
Who are you?
* You must have previous experience in a high-volume customer service position, ideally phone based.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide a resolution
* Capability to handle high volume of customer enquiries via phone and emails
* Proven excellent communication both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team and demonstrate composure and resilience under pressure.
* A current National Police check and medical will be required
