Responsibilities
* Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
* Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties and neighborhoods
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers
* Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcome
* Prepare and present market analyses to clients to guide pricing and investment decisions
* Maintain relationships with clients and provide ongoing support throughout the buying or selling process
* Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, property values, and legal regulations
Requirements
* Real estate license or relevant certification as required by local regulations
* Previous experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or in a related role is preferred
* Strong understanding of real estate principles and practices, including market analysis and negotiation strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
* Proficient in using real estate software and CRM tools
* Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
