The Role:
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will report to the Group Facilities Manager and be responsible for various tasks related to Reception, Facilities & Operations administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Facilities, Operations, and Quality Assurance departments
* Process incoming and outgoing parcels, coordinate shipments, and manage stock levels
* Oversee the Front Reception Desk at the Head Office, handling client and guest services (2 days per week)
* Support the Facilities & Operations Teams with ad-hoc administration and duties
* Manage company ID cards, building access cards, and supplier contracts
* Review onsite quotes and installation of services
Requirements:
* Natural communicator with strong administration and organizational skills
* 'Can-do' attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
