Job Role
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our clients' senior-level managers.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing client inboxes and calendars
* Responding to emails and phone calls
* Coordinating follow-up on strategy and tasks
* Making travel and accommodation arrangements
* Conducting market research
* Creating presentations and reports
* Serving as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners
* Formatting information for internal and external communication
* Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
