We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Service team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing prompt, accurate and effective responses to a diverse range of queries including stock availability, product information, customer enquiries, service issues, customer and consumer feedback.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage customer and consumer enquiries via phone and email, providing prompt, friendly, and accurate responses.
Handle incoming orders with precision, check stock availability, and keep customers and Bulla Account Managers informed of any updates.
Investigate customer claims and ensure they're resolved swiftly, while keeping everything documented in the system.
Constantly look for ways to enhance service quality and contribute to our culture of continuous improvement.
Assist with 3PL coordination and inventory/order management to support seamless operations.
You will have:
1-2 years' experience in a Customer Service role, preferably within the FMCG, Manufacturing or Transport industry.
SAP knowledge.
Microsoft Suite and Export Experience.
Effective time-management & prioritisation skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with internal & external stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail & a high level of data accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
