They deliver a fully integrated service to their customers, encompassing manufacturing and fabrication capabilities, along with expertise in installing, servicing, and repairing complex and specialised equipment for both onshore and offshore operations.Their clientele includes offshore and onshore oil and gas producers, exploration companies, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), drilling contractors, and businesses within the resources sector.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities of this role are; Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Managing the HR Inbox.
Manage HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment.
Ensure digital HR databases are up to date, accurate and comply with legislation.
Assisting with drafting and issuing of blue-collar contracts of employment.
Supporting on boarding activity including sending, following up and processing of new starter documentation, setting up employee profiles in our systems, raising IT forms etc - liaising with other internal teams including payroll, IT, mobilisation Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
Ad-hoc tasks.
The Successful ApplicantA successful HR Administrator should have: Proficiency in MS Office applications.
General knowledge of labour laws.
Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Completion of, or progression toward, a relevant qualification in Human Resources, or equivalent work experience.
