This role is not just about training - it's about using your firsthand knowledge of wealth to upskill and empower our frontline teams, ensuring they have the confidence and capability to deliver exceptional client outcomes.You will be responsible for designing, delivering and coordinating innovative training programs that translate your wealth experience into practical, high-impact learning.Your main responsibilities will be:Facilitating delivery of IWPB Channels Training and Capability programs either face to face or virtual delivery.Contributing to Instructional Design of Training and Capability programs as required.Aligning to IWPBs global and local capability journey, the role is responsible for contributing towards WPBs continuous improvement in the design, implementation and coordination of capability and training requirements.Evaluating content design to ensure it complies with regulatory requirements, including HSBC policies and other fiduciary and compliance obligations.Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to any upcoming training requirements and partnering with Subject Matter Experts for best practice learning solutions.Collaborating with Training and Capability team members to share best practice ideas and recommendations.
