Working closely with the Head of Marketing to shape the marketing calendar and craft impactful advertising strategies. Delivering project updates, strategic plans, and creative concepts to the executive leadership team with clarity and confidence. Building and maintaining strong relationships with creative partners to produce exceptional, on-budget marketing materials. Working with internal teams and external retail partners to produce versatile assets for platforms such as TV, social media, in-store displays, and promotions. Managing spend effectively while delivering campaigns that add measurable value to the business. Analysing campaign performance and presenting results and insights to the wider team. Identifying new opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to further elevate the brand. The Experience: A strong understanding of marketing strategies from the viewpoint of a brand specialist, with a focus on driving expansion and growth. Demonstrated success in delivering highly effective creative campaigns A generalist skillset with a hands on approach and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
