About the role: The CRM Lead is a specialist role within the Samsung Australia business that is responsible for the successful & consistent execution of one-to-one communications across our sales divisions, and the effectiveness of our first-party-data strategies.
This role has a strong focus on delivering growth and retention through audience centric experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities: Consistency of CRM activities across the business, across all owned channels.
Including: Push, Email & SMS Developing key frameworks that can be leveraged by the campaign teams, ensuring adherence to best-practice, and alignment with Samsung's brand Ongoing evolution of our CRM capabilities (both technical and operational).
Ensuring we continue to find new opportunities, and enhance our existing technology stack Ownership of the end-customer experience through activation channels, and represent the voice-of-the-customer in all relevant strategies & forums Look for continuous improvement in our ways-of-working, both internally and with our agency partners Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring understanding of their needs & objectives, and accountability for performance & KPIs About YOU: Preferred Bachelor's Degree in a Marketing, Data or Technology related field Experience in customer lifecycle management, with proven ability to impact customer value and retention What's in it for you?
