Head of New Ventures, Ancillary ProductsCARS24 Australia is looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to scale our Ancillary Products businesses.In this role, you'll lead initiatives to launch new products and services for our customers, set up new verticals to generate additional revenue streams, and ensure that CARS24 continues to be a leader in the auto-tech space.If you're passionate about scaling businesses 0 to 1 in a fast-paced customer-centric environment, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Design and implement a national strategy to scale the Ancillary Products portfolio (e.g., servicing business, extended warranties, car insurance), ensuring alignment with business goals.Product Launch & Scaling: Lead the development, piloting, and national scaling of new product lines, driving innovation for our customers.P&L Ownership: Take full ownership of the P&L for all Ancillary Products, ensuring revenue growth and profitability while managing costs and resources effectively.Operations Management: Oversee and manage operations personnel across the delivery of various Ancillary Products to ensure seamless execution and delivery.Customer Experience: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations) to integrate Ancillary Products seamlessly into the customer journey, improving overall customer engagement.Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with third-party vendors to expand service offerings and ensure the highest standards of quality.Market Research & Insight: Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends, understand competitors, and identify new customer needs.Performance Management: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement of the Ancillary Products portfolio.Execution Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end execution of product initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.Key Qualifications:Owner mindset with 4-5 years experience in top-tier management consulting or strategy & ops in high-growth start-ups / scale-upsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPassionate about delivering exceptional customer experiencesAbility to lead assignments with no playbookExcellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and manage external partnersWhy Join Us?Be part of a rapidly growing global company transforming the way people buy and sell cars.Work closely with the leadership team and Global Co-founders and CEO.Opportunity to lead impactful projects and see direct results of your work.Dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment.Equal opportunity, competitive salary, benefits, and career growth opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
