DESCRIPTION We are looking for a talented Branch Administrator to join our high performing team in Emerald, QLD. In this role, you will coordinate documents and gather and input data related to assigned administrative support duties for the branch with limited supervision. This is a Job Share, permanent Part time role, working 4 days per week, Tuesday to Friday. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Provide administrative support by researching, preparing reports, and handling information requests - Gather and enter data accurately into reports, presentations, and databases - Assist with data collection, entry, and report generation for department activities - Manage office tasks like scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and greeting visitors - Answer or direct inquiries to ensure quick and accurate responses - Process payments for vendors and suppliers and assist with payment-related questions - Maintain and update department policies and procedures - Support team projects and process improvements as needed - Perform general administrative tasks following company guideline - Help and guide team members with less experience. RESPONSIBILITIES To be successful in this role, you will need the following: - Experience in a similar industry is highly desirable - Highly organized with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage workload effectively - Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks - Self-motivated and capable of working independently - Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and quick to adapt to new systems - Excellent interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - A proactive, positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow QUALIFICATIONS Experience: - The ideal candidate is a great communicator, organised, action oriented and able to balance and triage competing stakeholders and priorities. - Experience in document management, data entry and/or invoicing is preferred - This role requires significant relevant work experience and skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
