In this role, the successful candidate must show that they understand and support the responsibilities associated with the Sous Chef position. You will be working directly with and accountable to the Head Chef (HC).Responsibilities include:Maintaining and standardizing structures put in place by the HC.Consistency and clear communication with HC.Contributing to and setting expectations and showing support and leadership with the team.Management and ordering of stock.Demonstrating an ability to continue the progression of the reputation of this award-winning restaurant.Currently operating four nights per week - Wednesday to Saturday.
