Their offerings include human resource consulting, safety and risk mitigation services, payroll processing, employer payroll tax filing, workers' compensation insurance, health benefits, employers' practice, and liability insurance (EPLI), retirement vehicles (401(k)), regulatory compliance assistance, workforce management technology, and training and development.Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to manage and oversee payroll banking transactions, ACH processing, and treasury functions. This role ensures the accuracy, security, and efficiency of payroll-related financial transactions while maintaining compliance with banking regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate has experience in ACH processing, payroll banking operations, and treasury functions within a corporate or financial environment.Key Responsibilities:ACH & Payroll Banking Operations:Process, review, and reconcile ACH payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Monitor and manage direct deposits, reversals, and returns related to payroll payments.Coordinate with banks and payroll teams to resolve ACH discrepancies and errors.Maintain banking records, transaction logs, and reconciliation reports for audit purposes.Treasury & Cash Management:Perform daily cash management activities including daily cash administration, management of bank accounts and bank relations.Assist in managing cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning for payroll accounts.Ensure compliance with NACHA rules and treasury regulations related to ACH and payroll processing.Process outgoing payments from banking portals.Investigate and resolve banking and cash management issues in collaboration with internal departments and financial institutions.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure payroll banking processes adhere to SOX compliance, NACHA guidelines, and company policies.Monitor and mitigate potential risks related to fraud, errors, or unauthorized transactions.Assist with audits, reconciliations, and reporting requirements for payroll banking activities.Process Improvement & Reporting:Identify opportunities to streamline payroll banking processes and improve efficiency.Generate and analyze reports on ACH transactions, payroll funding, and treasury activities.Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance automation and security measures in payroll processing.Qualifications & Skills:2+ years of experience in ACH processing, payroll banking, treasury, or cash management.Strong knowledge of ACH payment processing, NACHA rules, payroll operations, and treasury functions.Experience with banking platforms, ERP systems, payroll software, and treasury management systems.Experience with MS Office Suite (particularly Excel, TEAMS, PowerPoint and BI)Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with discretion.Preferred Qualifications:PEO experienceExperience with payroll and treasury software (Darwin, Great Plains, High Radius or similar).Understanding of federal and state payroll regulations.Knowledge of bank reconciliations and financial reporting related to payroll and treasury.
