The Opportunity
This role suits a highly experienced human factors and investigations specialist who works in a small expert Assurance, Risk and Compliance team responsible for governance framework, enterprise risk management and compliance.
The successful candidate navigates a complex organization operating in a highly technical, innovative and regulated environment, inspiring cultural change.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate incident and investigations management; provide human factors and investigations subject matter expertise and leadership
* Develop systems, processes, templates to enable event classification, investigations and learning outcomes
* Coordinate investigators to respond and investigate serious incidents; mentor investigation methodology and outputs
* Coordinate Serious Incident Review Board meetings and admin
* Establish predictive risk analytics to identify serious incident trends and insights
* Consult stakeholders on incident and investigations management processes and outcomes.
To be successful, you will:
* Hold a relevant Bachelor degree or equivalent industry experience
* Have strong understanding of human factors and incident investigations with extensive senior practitioner experience
* Have advanced communication skills and influence stakeholders to drive change
* Research, develop and implement new processes tailored to the business environment
* Have highly developed analytical and critical thinking skills
