As Bid and Tender Coordinator, you will report directly to the National Sales Manager and play a key role in preparing quotes, tenders, and ensuring compliance, while supporting and streamlining internal systems with the sales and project teams. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed quotes, tenders, and proposals to support the external sales team and the project business Ensure all submissions comply with client requirements and internal standards Assist in developing and improving internal sales systems and processes Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to support business development activities Work closely with project teams to provide accurate and timely documentation and support Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Economics or related field 1-5 years’ experience in a technical sales support, bid, or tender preparation role Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and general CRM or sales systems is highly preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Benefits: Competitive salary with unlimited opportunities for career growth Join a globally recognised leader and be involved in exciting large scale projects Collaborative and supportive team culture Ideally located in Melbourne, with flexible hours and great work life balance
