Port Services Officer (Casual) Australia Trending Job Description About the Role Working within the Operations Division, the Port Services Officer is a diverse role that plays a critical part in contributing to growth and prosperity of Fremantle Ports Inner Harbour and Western Australia.
This position will be expected to: Deliver effective mooring and shipping services.
Security centre duties, including security patrols.
Assistance in managing pollution spills.
Utilise shore tension equipment.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and customers.

The nature of the role will be shift-work, and successful candidates will be required to be flexible and open to working long shifts (12 hours) and night shifts.
Exposure to high-risk operational environments and experience working in industries such as maritime, mining, construction, oil and gas will be highly regarded.
In addition, candidates who possess or are working towards qualifications such as licence to perform high risk work, HR drivers' licence and oil pollution will be highly desirable.
Packages and Benefits This is a Casual Pool for Port Services Officers with various positions available.
The hourly rate is $49.50 - $63.14 subject to working arrangements.
