A full-time, permanent opportunity has become available in our ADF Health Services Contract (ADFHS) Clinical Governance Team. This is a hybrid role and can be based from our Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane office locations when not working from home.As Manager Clinical Credentialing & Service Escalations, you will be responsible for all aspects of the ADFHS Clinical Governance related to Clinical Credentialing activities including leadership, development, management, and providing effective clinical governance through compliance with Bupa policies, relevant legislation, regulation agencies and work instructions.How will I help?Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:Acting as a subject matter expert regarding clinical credentialing and promoting a culture that enables staff to understand and comply with quality, clinical risk and patient safety guidelines to meet relevant accreditation standards including ACSQHC NSQHS, ISO:9001 and other relevant industry standards.Leading a team and acting as a proactive process change leader to ensure the integrity of all credentialing systems is maintained.Ensuring business alignment and adherence to industry standards and requirements within the Bupa clinical governance, risk management and compliance framework particularly relating to clinical credentialing.Leading governance, quality assurance and process improvement activities to ensure effective team operations.Ensuring oversight and implementation of all Global and Asia Pacific (APAC) Market Unit Clinical Governance related policies.What do I need?Minimum qualifications include:You will be a Health Professional/allied health practitioner with extensive experience in Clinical Governance, Quality and Risk Management.Post Graduate qualifications or working towards i.e., Quality Management, Health Administration, Clinical Governance or similar will be highly desirable.Demonstrated capacity to support and lead quality and compliance function.Demonstrated ability to build and refine service delivery and clinical governance processes.Proven ability to develop and implement frameworks, drive outcomes and ultimately deliver programs of work.Strong conceptual, analytical, problem solving and strategic planning/thinking ability.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a range of key stakeholders.Experience implementing organisational wide quality improvement initiatives and influencing teams in building a high-quality improvement culture.A passion for innovative thinking!This is a Security Cleared Position.
