The Site Foreman's team of talented professionals in residential architecture, interior design, construction project management, financial management, and client services successfully delivers an average of 100 projects a year to very happy clients.Due to the continued growth and innovative expansion of architectural services available to our clients the Design Department is expanding with the creation of this full-time role for a dedicated and professional Graduate of Architecture, reporting to the Principal Architect. You will be positioned across a range of varied residential projects including new high end dwellings and alterations and additions. This will be an evolving and varied role with no two days the same that will require the successful candidates to be motivated, self-sufficient and able to design in accordance with the brief provided by the client. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION This role is an addition to our already established Architectural and Interior Design department. Our team requires an experienced & creative Graduate of Architecture.Using your exceptional software, and communication skills, and with the guidance of the Principal Architect, you will assist the architectural team on projects, in various stages, from concept design through to project documentation. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the principal architect, your focus will be to assist the architectural team.
