About your new role:
This is an opportunity for a motivated entry-level helpdesk officer to join the team. This person will be responsible for administrative duties with the primary objective to act as the first point of contact for internal customers.
Some of the key tasks will include:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for internal customer support
2. Logging support requests
3. Ensuring SLAs are being met
4. Resolving tickets at the first point of contact where possible
5. Escalating issues to appropriate team members
About you:
1. Self-directed and motivated with time management skills
2. 1-2 years of support experience required
3. Flexibility and adaptability to change
4. Sound written and verbal communication
5. Intermediate to advanced MS Office ability
6. Comfortable with challenges and ambiguity
