Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to join our project procurement team delivering the Darwin Ship Lift Facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the supply chain, streamline operations, and enhance overall efficiency.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.
* Oversee inventory levels, forecasting, and demand planning to minimize excess inventory while ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
* Lead logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of the supply chain, analyze data, and drive actionable insights for improvement.
Requirements
* Proven experience in Supply Chain Management with a track record of strategic leadership and supply chain optimization.
* Exposure to EPC type lump sum and reimbursable projects.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve supply chain efficiency and performance.
* Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, as well as advanced knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
