We're looking for an Tax and Client Reporting Specialist to:
• Manage end to end process of generation and dissemination of customized reports and letters.
• Perform controls and supervisions of the customized statements and letters to validate thepleteness, accuracy and timeliness dissemination of statements.
• Working with key stakeholders to understand the data required.
• Foreign Account Taxpliance Act (FATCA,mon Reporting Standards (CRS) reporting and supporting QI Reporting process as required.
• Supporting change by identifying and implementing process improvements or cost saving opportunities.
• Ongoing self-development/cross training across Operations.
Your team
You'll be working in the Wealth Management Asset Transfers team based in Sydney. The team is mandated to provide customized reporting to Wealth Management clients as well as supporting year-end tax reporting requirements for the Australian Wealth Management business. This is an excellent platform for a good work life balance and working environment including remote work options.
Your expertise
• Excellentmunication and stakeholder management
• At least 5 years of experience in Private Banking and/or Tax Reporting Function.
• Work experience in FATCA and/or AEI (Automatic Exchange of Information also known asmon Reporting Standard CRS) will be preferred.
• Proficient in Tax and/or regulatory reporting will be preferred
• Product knowledge of private banking products and product event life cycle and how it should be displayed in the client statements will be added advantage
• Have a strong risk mindset and be able to escalate issues and be transparent.
• Strong time management and organisational skills to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Innovative and able to drive results.
• Strong teamwork skill to collaborate with internal and external teams. Be able to demonstrate a strong partnership and inclusive to all team members.
• Microsoft Suite of applications knowledge (especially Microsoft Excel)
You'll be employed by and work at Credit Suisse Management (Australia) Pty Limited in the Wealth Management Division the course of Credit Suisse integration into UBS
