The Role
This role will lead the coordination of training activities and administer training records through the learning management system while supporting legislative compliance across the site.
In addition, you will do, but not be limited to:
* Ensure compliance with applicable Company HSE Performance Standards, as well as applicable acts and regulations.
* Co-ordinate onsite and offsite training activities in line with the Site Training Plan and maintaining the site training calendar. This encompasses (but is not limited to) securing training providers, room hire, accommodation and catering, preparing/following up training materials, training attendance forms, organizing training equipment, evaluations, certification and recording competency.
* Undertake data entry, reporting, data analysis and auditing in the SAP Learning Management System (LMS). Data integrity in the LMS must be preserved and considered at all times, in line with Statutory Compliance requirements.
* Undertake and maintain Training Needs Analysis of site team members (encompassing permanent, temporary and contractors) to identify gaps in skillsets. Liaise with team members to co-ordinate planned training activities to bridge skill gaps on an individual or team level.
* Undertake new starter training and orientation on the Learning Management System (LMS).
* Facilitate training as required, provide training support, guidance and coaching to Team Leaders, Trainer and Assessors and the Management team.
What you’ll bring

* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
* Previous experience in a similar training role (desirable)
* Excellent communication, presentation, organisational, co-ordination and time management skills.
* Ability to establish rapport quickly and develop effective working relationships.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient competency in the MS Office suite, Outlook and SAP or similar

The Site
The Dyno Nobel Moranbah Plant is a fully integrated Ammonium Nitrate complex based in Central Queensland, operating on the traditional lands of the Barada Barna People. The facility comprises Ammonia, Nitric Acid and Ammonium Nitrate plants plus infrastructure, utilities, power generation and housing to support the permanent workforce.
