At the forefront of an exciting expansion, embarking on ambitious projects and creating opportunities for growth and innovation, an outstanding new vacancy has emerged for a dynamic Performance Marketing Specialist to join the team on a full time basis and spearhead the marketing department, leading the strategic development and execution of brand initiatives.
The Job:

Able to implement exciting campaigns and flex your expertise in performance marketing whilst levelling it up, you’ll be pivotal in strategising, managing and optimising digital marketing efforts across multiple channels, including Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, display networks and more. Working closely with the Marketing Director to lead the creation, planning, testing and implementation of campaigns, setting KPIs and targets for each marketing channel, you’ll maximise return on ad spend, and increase website conversion rates. Driving strong growth while ensuring customer acquisition at target costs, you’ll shape the approach to marketing analytics and effectiveness, and bring true marketing subject matter expertise to the analysis and interpretation of performance data. Taking the reigns of digital optimisation, you’ll be hands on in implementing SEO and SEM initiatives supporting external digital channel initiatives, developing compelling ad creatives and messaging that promotes curiosity and enticement. Carrying out performance analysis reports and making recommendations for corrective modifications with a view to ongoing optimisation, you’ll play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and building brand awareness on a global scale. Staying updated with the latest paid media trends and technologies, you’ll explore and test new ad formats and strategies to expand digital reach and engage new audiences.

Skills Required:
This role requires an experienced marketer who can champion experimentation, always looking for opportunities to test and learn, fine-tuning strategies for maximum impact. Data obsessed, you’ll understand keywords and keywords ranking and are an expert within the retail landscape. You understand what metrics you need to drive results and can build these reports from scratch. With relevant qualifications in Business or Commerce or similar, or equivalent experience, you’ll have proven experience in marketing intelligence or a similar role, ideally from a digital-first retail business. A subject matter expert on the use of a tech, focussed on the Google marketing suite and Meta, with proven skills and delivery of exploring new and up and coming platforms, you’ll have a proven track record of managing significant digital marketing budgets across multiple channels, optimising allocation for maximum impact throughout the marketing funnel. With experience driving aggressive growth metrics and achieving results, you’ll have an analytical mindset with exceptional data manipulation and analytics skills. Experience collaborating with creative teams to test and iterate new ad concepts would be highly desired and any familiarity with other digital and traditional media planning and buying would be advantageous.
