The opportunity:
In this diverse role, you will be the initial point of contact for customers with parts calls and queries. As an efficient parts interpreter, you will contribute to the quality customer service provided by our team and support the operations coordinator in the day-to-day operations of the parts department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Parts interpretation and coordination for invoicing and quote generation
* First point of contact for parts customer service
* Parts interpretation to assist customers and the workshop department
* Efficiently process customer quotations, orders, invoices, and credits
* Carry out picking, receipting, inventory, and stock control as required
About you:
The successful applicant will have:
* Previous experience in a high-level customer service role
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Intermediate computer literacy skills (MS Office and internet-based applications)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with customers and team members
