2. Industry Planning, Data Analysis, and Go-To-Market
- Build and maintain comprehensive industry playbooks that outline best practices, benchmarks, and strategies for Apps and Services advertisers (Food Delivery, Ride Hailing, Grocery Delivery, Travel, FinTech, Entertainment, Gaming).
- Incorporate insights from market trends, platform performance, and client feedback into scalable solutions.
- Conduct data-driven analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization within the apps and services ecosystem.
- Develop actionable insights and strategies based on platform data and performance metrics.
- Use data tools and frameworks to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
3. Account Management & Product
- Achieve account growth targets by presenting TikTok's advertising products and solutions that help clients meet their marketing objectives.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the Apps and Services industry.
- Serve as a trusted consultant by understanding client objectives, challenges, and success metrics.
- Drive adoption of TikTok's advertising products to achieve measurable business growth for clients.
4. Stakeholders Management
- Stay at the forefront of trends in the Apps and Services sector, including user behavior, market shifts, and technology advancements.
- Share insights with internal teams and clients to influence decision-making and strategy.
- Work with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and analytics, to deliver holistic solutions for clients.
- Act as a bridge between clients and TikTok's product teams to drive feedback and innovation.

6. Minimum Qualifications
- Revenue growth and campaign ROI for key accounts in Apps and Gaming.
- Client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Quality and adoption of industry playbooks and best practices.
- Measurable impact of data-driven recommendations on client success.
- Experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing, with a demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising KPIs, cross-vertical knowledge, measurement tools such as Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) and Website Pixel.
7. Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with performance marketing strategies and user lifecycle management in the Apps and Services vertical.
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
