About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Kitchen Showroom Sales and Designer to join our new Showroom opening late April 2025 in Ashmore, Queensland.
This full-time commission-only role will involve working closely with customers to design and sell high-quality kitchens, laundries, robes, and vanities tailored to their needs and budgets.

You will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service and design solutions for our clients.
Showroom opening hours are Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 3pm.
Weekend work is essential in this role and will be negotiated with the right candidate.
Your key responsibilities will be: Providing exceptional customer service by guiding customers through the kitchen design process.Assisting customers in the showroom, answering enquiries, and guiding them through the design process.Utilising your design skills to create customised kitchen plans and proposals that meet the needs of each client.Providing expert advice on kitchen materials, finishes, and appliances to help customers make informed decisions.Following our sales methodology in our design and sales process.Maintaining an organised and visually appealing showroom.Travelling to client homes for consultations and site measures.Utilising design software to create 3D kitchen plans and visualisations.Preparing detailed quotations and proposals for customers.Collaborating with the production team to ensure seamless delivery and installation.Attending industry events and networking to generate new business opportunities.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest kitchen trends, products, and technologies.Essential Skills and Experience: Proven sales and design experience in the kitchen or home improvement industry.Strong design skills and the ability to use ArtiCAD and design software to create kitchen plans.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.A keen eye for detail and the ability to understand and translate customer requirements.Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and commitment to sales targets.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Passion for the kitchen and home improvement industry.Relevant qualifications in kitchen design or a related field are highly regarded.Join our team and be a part of our exciting growth journey.
