Responsibilities
include (but are not limited to):
1. To establish and develop the Fleet Sales business for Grenadier
2. Utilise existing and new contacts to enable Grenadier to enter the commercial fleet sector
3. Create and instigate a global business plan which showcases the viability, credibility, and capabilities of Grenadier within the fleet sector
4. Engage with fleet clients and develop a full understanding of client requirements and how, through excellence in engineering, Grenadier can be developed and adapted to suit bespoke client function and need
5. Provide a single point of contact within Network Development and Sales and Marketing to ensure that fleet clients are adequately catered for within the INEOS Automotive global support sales and after sales network
6. Tenders may have timelines of 18 months or similar - able to see these through to fruition
For our Fleet Sales Manager we are looking for:
7. Automotive industry experience with proven track of leading and winning multimillion tenders
8. Excellent product and engineering understanding and ability to translate commercial requirements and balance with impact on manufacturing operations
9. Strong network essential
10. Strategic Thinker, able to absorb and analyse huge quantities of information to make informed decisions
11. Strong in Ideation; fascinated by ideas – new ways of looking at things or simple ways to explain complex concepts
12. An ability to demonstrate and train clients on a formal and informal basis.
13. Excellent communication skills – both face to face and online
