We are a small but fast-growing team looking for someone to join the A Man & His Cave family. This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate and meaningful impact on our revenue, with work ethic and coachability being the primary drivers for success. With our marketing and website doing the majority of the heavy lifting, the sales role is more about providing a high-quality service to inbound leads and existing customer-base.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our St Peters showroom, focused on outbound sales, lead generation, and client engagement.
As an SDR, you will play a key role in converting inbound leads, and developing strong relationships with our growing client portfolio. You will be working with Salesforce CRM as part of a fast-paced sales team and will receive strong sales training to help you maximise success in the role.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
* Client Engagement: Reach out to leads, educate them on our products, and guide them through the sales process.
* Pipeline Development: Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects and set appointments for the sales team.
* CRM Management: Accurately track lead interactions, sales progress, and client notes in Salesforce CRM.
* Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed KPIs, including calls made, appointments set, and revenue generated.
* Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimise outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications
* Experience: 1-3 years of sales development, outbound sales, or cold calling experience.
* Industry Background: Experience in eCommerce, retail, home improvement, real estate, or automotive sales is a plus.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive sales approach.
* CRM Knowledge: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM to manage leads and pipeline data.
